COLD FUSION™ ICED MOCHA FLOAT

 

You Will Need:

  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
  • 2 cups strong brewed Tieman’s Fusion Coffee: Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf
  • 4 scoops coffee ice cream


In a tall glass, stir together 2 tablespoons of the chocolate syrup, 1/2 cup of club soda and 2 cups Tieman’s Fusion Coffee. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in the glass and serve immediately.

TIEMAN’S COLD FUSION ICED CINNILLA™ FLOAT

 

TIEMAN’S COLD FUSION ICED CINNILLA™ FLOAT

You Will Need:

  • 1/2 cup cold Tieman’s Fusion Coffee
  • 2 generous scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (or non-calorie sweetener)
  • 1 cup (approx.) of frozen Tieman’s Fusion Coffee: Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf ice cubes


In a blender, combine coffee, vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract and sugar. Blend until mixed well. Add a dash of cinnamon and blend. Add the frozen coffee ice cubes, adding more or less based on your desired thickness and desired flavor. Blend together until the ice is completely ground up. Pour into cup(s) and add a scoop of ice cream to top (if desired) and enjoy!

TIEMANS FUSION BROWNIES™

 

You Will Need:

  • Package of Brownie mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed Tieman's Fusion Coffee Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf (suggestion: Brew 6 tbs. Tieman's per 8 oz. water - let cool five min.)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Preheat oven to 350F for metal pan, 325F for dark or coated pan. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick spray or shortening. Empty brownie mix, eggs, cooled Tieman's coffee, oil, and applesauce in large bowl and stir until well blended. Spread mix onto coated pan and bake immediately. Bake, reducing cooking time on box by 3-5 minutes. Test with fork or toothpick (when removed from brownies it should be clean).

(FUSION RUB™: USE RUB FOR BARBEQUING STEAK/CHICKEN/TURKEY/RIBS/FISH.)


TIEMAN’S FUSION RUB™HOW TO MAKE TIEMAN’S FUSION RUB™:
  • 2 Tablespoons Tieman’s Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf Fusion Coffee™
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (or salt substitute)
  • 1 Teaspoon Dehydrated Finely Chopped or Powdered Onion
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic  Powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2-1 Teaspoon Black Pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Dehydrated Parsley
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Turmeric

TO PREPARE TIEMAN’S FUSION RUB™:
In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine your prefered ground Tieman’s Fusion Coffees™: Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf, with spices as listed. 

TO RUB STEAK/CHICKEN/TURKEY/RIBS/FISH:
Pour desired amount of Tieman’s Fusion Rub™ (approx. 2 Tablespoons) in to hand and rub both sides of steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish liberally. Place in refrigerator to allow rub to “work’ for 10-20 minutes or longer before cooking. 

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Place the steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish on preheated barbeque grill, or preheated oven to 350F and place on rack in a foil-lined roasting pan. Cooking times vary for each, cook until desired wellness is achieved. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.

TIEMAN’S FUSION SAUCE™

USE FOR BARBEQUING AND MARINADING STEAK/CHICKEN/TURKEY/RIBS/FISH.)

TIEMAN’S FUSION SAUCE™ HOW TO MAKE TIEMAN’S FUSION SAUCE™:
  • 1 cup Strong Brewed ( 4-6 TBS. per 8 oz. water) Tieman’s
  • Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf Fusion Coffee™
  • 3/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 - 1 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (or salt substitute)
  • 2 Cups Finely Chopped Onion
  • 3 Medium Cloves Garlic, Peeled And Minced (adjust to taste)


TO PREPARE TIEMAN’S FUSION SAUCE™:
In a 3-quart saucepan, combine your preferred Tieman’s Fusion Coffees™: Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf, with Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, onion and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer approx. 20 minutes. Stir often. Puree the sauce in a food processor or blender. Cool. (The sauce can be made 2 days in advance and held in the refrigerator.)

TIEMAN’S FUSION SAUCE™ TO MARINATE STEAK/CHICKEN/TURKEY/RIBS/FISH:
Place steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish in a large glass dish or bowl, or a gallon-size zip-top bag. Pour in half of the sauce and turn gently. Cover dish or close bag and marinate in the refrigerator at least 8 hours. Refrigerate reserved fusion sauce.

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Remove the steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish from the marinade and place on preheated barbeque grill, or preheated oven to 350F and place on rack in a foil-lined roasting pan. Pour remaining marinade over food and continue basting with the reserved fusion sauce as needed during cooking. Cooking times vary for each, cook until desired wellness is achieved. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
