You Will Need:
Preheat oven to 350F for metal pan, 325F for dark or coated pan. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick spray or shortening. Empty brownie mix, eggs, cooled Tieman's coffee, oil, and applesauce in large bowl and stir until well blended. Spread mix onto coated pan and bake immediately. Bake, reducing cooking time on box by 3-5 minutes. Test with fork or toothpick (when removed from brownies it should be clean).
TIEMAN’S FUSION COFFEES™ (FUSION RUB™: USE RUB FOR BARBEQUING STEAK/CHICKEN/TURKEY/RIBS/FISH.) HOW TO MAKE TIEMAN’S FUSION RUB™:
TO PREPARE TIEMAN’S FUSION RUB™: In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine your prefered ground Tieman’s Fusion Coffees™: Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf, with spices as listed. TO RUB STEAK/CHICKEN/TURKEY/RIBS/FISH: Pour desired amount of Tieman’s Fusion Rub™ (approx. 2 Tablespoons) in to hand and rub both sides of steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish liberally. Place in refrigerator to allow rub to “work’ for 10-20 minutes or longer before cooking. WHEN READY TO COOK: Place the steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish on preheated barbeque grill, or preheated oven to 350F and place on rack in a foil-lined roasting pan. Cooking times vary for each, cook until desired wellness is achieved. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
TIEMAN’S FUSION COFFEES™ HOW TO MAKE TIEMAN’S FUSION SAUCE™:
TO PREPARE TIEMAN’S FUSION SAUCE™: In a 3-quart saucepan, combine your preferred Tieman’s Fusion Coffees™: Dark/Semi/Medium/Decaf, with Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, onion and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer approx. 20 minutes. Stir often. Puree the sauce in a food processor or blender. Cool. (The sauce can be made 2 days in advance and held in the refrigerator.) TO MARINATE STEAK/CHICKEN/TURKEY/RIBS/FISH: Place steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish in a large glass dish or bowl, or a gallon-size zip-top bag. Pour in half of the sauce and turn gently. Cover dish or close bag and marinate in the refrigerator at least 8 hours. Refrigerate reserved fusion sauce. WHEN READY TO COOK: Remove the steak/chicken/turkey/ribs/fish from the marinade and place on preheated barbeque grill, or preheated oven to 350F and place on rack in a foil-lined roasting pan. Pour remaining marinade over food and continue basting with the reserved fusion sauce as needed during cooking. Cooking times vary for each, cook until desired wellness is achieved. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
